  • Starting    Prayer.    30 second
  • Loosening practices-  neck bending, shoulder movements, trunk movements- 2.5 minutes 
  • Yoga practice - 
  1. The palm tree posture- 1 minute 
  2. The hands to the feet posture-2 minute 
  3. The half wheel posture- 2 minutes 
  4. The triangle posture- 1 minute 
  5.  Auspicious posture-1 minute 
  6. The half camel posture-1 minute 
  7. The hare posture-1 minute 
  8. The seated twist posture -1 minute 
  9. The cobra posture- 1 minute 
  10. The wind releasing posture- 1 minute
  • Kriya- the shining skull practice- 1 minute 
  • Pranayam- 
  1. The alternate nostril breathing- 2 minutes 
  2. The bee sound breathing- 1.5 minutes 
  • Dhyana- the meditation- 2 Minutes 
  • Closing- Sankalp/Shanti patha- 30 seconds
